Inside a midsize office repair company.
The staff is a mix of tech-savvy employees, people who want to be employees and also have the time and energy to help each other.
They are working for themselves and not a corporate owner.
They are the people who don’t have the luxury of not being able to be part of a corporate structure, but they also know they have to be there for each other and they know that this is a team effort and they are all working together to get the job done.
So, this is where we are right now.
And so, the first thing that we have to do is really get to know each other, really talk to each other about what we do, what we are good at, what are we good at and then we have an understanding about what is good about our product.
And then we start to see where we can improve.
And that’s why we really want to build up the trust.
It’s about being able that this whole team is really working together and they trust each other to do the right thing, so that we don’t make mistakes.
So, we want to create that trust.
And, that’s where we start.
This is not about us being like a business that is just the CEO.
This is not a business where you just get a paycheck, you get your paychecks and then you are gone.
This isn’t a business like a car dealership where you get a car and you get paid.
This isn’t like a gym where you can come in, and you can get paid to go there.
This company is here to help you stay.
And this is why we have such a huge team here at MidMark.
We have people who have been here for over a year and a half and we have people that have been with us for two years.
They have seen us and they have worked with us.
And we want them to do that here.
And they need to feel that this isn’t just a corporate job where you sit in front of a computer, you sit at a computer.
It is a real team effort.
And if you are a company where you have all the staff and all the people, and the CEO is just a guy sitting in the corner, that doesn’t work.
This can be an opportunity to build a trust, it can be a way to bring people together, but at the same time, to be a team.
So that’s what we have done.
We have people here that are coming to the company with a lot of experience and we want those people to build that trust and that team effort with each other because they are working together.
We want them all to feel like they are part of the team and we need them all on the same team.
And the team is the best.
The best people are the ones who are the most invested in the team.
That is how we get the best results, not the CEO who is sitting in a chair.
It should be a place where everybody feels like they have a voice and they can be heard.
