A billiard table hanging from the ceiling in a Kansas City apartment building may have to be replaced, CBS News has learned.
The roofing contractor is replacing the glass panels on the roofing of a three-story apartment building in the downtown Kansas City area, and the work is expected to take about three weeks, the company said in a statement Monday.
The company said the work will be done in a way that will prevent the hanging from falling onto the building.
The window on the second floor of the apartment building has been shattered, and a window on a third-floor window has also been shattered.
The building is in a neighborhood with a high number of crime, and one of the windows in the building has a broken window.
The contractor’s owner is the victim of domestic violence.
